Maître Chocolatier Erik Goossens’ own blend of 100% Porcelana cacao beans sourced from Grand Cru terroirs located in Java (Indonesia). No vegetable oils used as filler, only the finest cacao butter is added.  Created and hand wrapped in his atelier in Antwerp, Belgium.
