This milk chocolate praline is filled with a creamy ganache (chocolate and cream) and a roasted almond for a crunchy touch.
The blue tiles of a famous Antwerp fountain inspired Erik Goossens to design this eccentric chocolate. The filling has a hint of lemon and eucalyptus, the chocolate itself is made from Criollo beans, the Rolls Royce of cacao beans.
