Each layer is filled with 4 chocolates each of:
– diamond shaped white chocolates filled with two layers of bittersweet champagne truffle
– faceted heart shaped milk chocolate filled with a layer of grapefruit paste and a layer of butterscotch truffle
– faceted heart dark chocolate filled with a layer of banana cream and a layer of truffle
– “Ruby” milk chocolate filled with a layer of blueberry paste and a ganache (chocolate and cream).
• The dark chocolate is a blend of organic cacao beans sourced from Grand Cru terroirs located in Venezuela, Ghana, Tanzania, Cameroon and Sao Tome.
• The milk chocolate is made from organic cacao beans coming from Java (Indonesia).
