The “100-Year” chocolates come both in milk and dark chocolate and are filled with a praliné filling (paste of sugar, hazelnuts and almonds).
• The dark chocolate is a blend of organic cacao beans sourced from Grand Cru terroirs located in Venezuela, Ghana, Tanzania, Cameroon and Sao Tome.
• The milk chocolate is made from organic cacao beans coming from Java (Indonesia).
